Important note: If you paid for a trip with a credit card (using Pay Pal), you may need to become a Pay Pal member in order to receive your refund. If you do not wish to become a Pay Pal member, you should pay for your trip with a check or money order.
If SKI BUMS postpones a daytrip: If SKI BUMS postpones a daytrip due to inclement weather, etc, a full refund will be offered for any member who is unable to attend the trip on the new date. Members will be given a specific date by which they must decide if they would like to be refunded; any cancellations beyond that date are subject to the cancellation policies above.
If SKI BUMS postpones a multi-day trip: If SKI BUMS postpones a multi-day trip, our refunds are determined by the individual travel partners for that trip. SKI BUMS can make no guarantee that refunds will be available in the event of a weather delay or postponement.
If SKI BUMS cancels a trip: If SKI BUMS is forced to cancel a trip, all trip participants will receive a full refund.
If you cancel more than 7 days in advance of the trip, you will receive a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee.
If you cancel fewer than 7 days in advance of the trip, you will receive a refund minus a $40 fee.
If you cancel more than 90 days in advance of the trip, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel 60 - 89 days in advance of the trip, you will receive a refund, minus a $250 fee.
If you cancel 31-59 days in advance, you will receive a refund minus a $500 fee.
If you cancel 30 or fewer days in advance of the trip, you will receive no refund. However, if airline tickets have been issued, the arline ticket is yours to use as you wish.
If you cancel more than 60 days in advance of the trip, you will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
If you cancel more than 31-59 days in advance, you will receive a refund, minus a $75 processing fee.
If you cancel fewer than 30 days in advance of the trip, you will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee and any costs that SKI BUMS incurs for your cancellation.
