That's why we're assembling an elite new team of LGBT professionals from within the ski and snowboard industry. Do you work as an instructor, or volunteer for ski patrol? Are you employed within the ski resort hospitality industry? Whether you're out at work or not, we want to hear about your role, provide resources and learn how we can help you connect with others who share your passion for winter sports.

Join SKI BUMS for a one or two week vacation to two of the best ski resorts in South America, Portillo and Valle Nevado, Chile, along with a weekend in the cosmopolitan city of Santiago.
